One of the outlets was burned out and the bathroom looked dirty but you had gas stations and a grocery store by walking distance. I used this hotel during a hurricane evacuation so having that made it better. Staff was very nice

The entire place was very dirty. We came back before dark because of the people just hanging around the door because we felt unsafe. We didn’t even stay the full 2 nights. We left after 1 night.

The place was dirty. The bedspread was dirty. The shower didn’t work, the shower head hose had zip ties holding it up!! Woke up several times during the night from loud bangs in either the next room or Hallie doubt this hotel would pass inspection!!

Nasty

The hotel is a dirt pit, from the front door to the urine stain bathroom. Stain on the sheets, dried urine on the toilet. The soap scum on the shower walls had to be at least 3 inches thick. Please take this hotel off your list. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean and purchase towels because theirs had holes and did not appear clean.

Unfortunately my husband was checked into the hospital in New Orleans the day we arrived. We tried to cancel our reservations thru Expedia, she was helpful but the property would not refund our money. This was not something we planned to spend our vacation at the hospital but it happened. Not happy about this refund situation and will certainly tell people about our experience.

No hot water at all, shower curtain rod falling off the walls. Crusting circle in carpet. No coffee maker. Check in clerk asking weird questions, if I was alone. Strange men hanging around outside. Noisy in hallway in middle of the night.

Very unhappy with my stay. No fresh coffee in the lobby. The worker looks annoyed and unhappy if you ask them a question or ask for fresh coffee. He literally put all of the coffee and supplies away. Beyond rude, no customer service. I had to stay here unfortunately as it was the cheapest room in that particular area. They need CS skills. Kindness goes a long way.

The property is very old and not clean. Things on the wall. The sink leaks. Brown stains in shower and toilet. Holes in the sheets on the bed. Had to go buy sheets to sleep on. Sheets stained heavily. Ciagerette smoke all through the halls. The room has not been cleaned throughly at all. The front desk staff is not concerned about cleanliness. People are in and out of this hotel all night. Will not come ever again do I not recommend.

A good value, nice bed, clean and adjacent to area we had fun exploring after the Acadian Festival. If I ever come back to Breaux Bridge, I would stay here again. Not great, family run but I would give this place 3 stars for its value.

The mirror in the room was broken. The toilet was broken. The microwave did not work. There was a sign that said if you stay past 15 mins there was no refund.
