For the fair price, it was very clean, very quiet, and it seemed like it had been recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable. Yes, it was a bit old, but I’m very satisfied with it

Convenient for CSUF visits. Sparse but clean and roomy. Very recent renovations. Fridge, microwave. Flowers in landscape plantings very fresh and pretty. Our second time here.

Nice Studio like environment within and comfy king bed. Extra space in room if you travel with more than 2 by you adding a Queen size blow up mattress. Ability to park your car directly in front of the unit was cool. Quiet area off Brea Blvd and walking distance to DownTown Brea was nice to not have to look for parking. I would stay again and the reviews on other blogs didn't do this little Inn justice. Great Stay for my 3 nights there!!

Clean, Comfortable, Safe

My family had an extended stay at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean, comfortable and safe it was. The maid service is wonderful. Jimi the Hotel Concierge was exceptional. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend staying here to anyone who needs a comfortable yet safe and inexpensive place to stay on a trip or staycation or for any reason at all! Thank you Jimi and Hyland for your hospitality!

It's not super fancy but it is a well run, small motel. It is our go-to for a quick night away alone. Great staff and great location!
