The property is right across Kilruddery house and gardens and a 10 mins drive from the town of Bray. The location is good if you want to stay in a quiet area away from town and with a good parking area (free). Rooms are quite big and comfortable though there is carpet and in our room it seemed an old carpet. Other rooms at the ground floor looked refurbished and more modern. Good value for money considering the area.
