Staff was very helpful and the location was great for everything we wanted to do on our trip

Everything was terrible

Good location but room was small and dirty. Didn’t match what it looked like online. Received dirty towels and dirty bedsheets after room was cleaned.

The property and room were great. My only and major complaint was the wedding that happened on a Sunday night. We received a text from the hotel around 2pm, that they were hosting a wedding that night. Not a big deal as most hotels do, but little did I know it was in our building on the 5th floor. From the second floor we not only heard the music, but we felt the bass. Of course the night staff couldn't do anything but apologize, and I don't blame them. but the management. At the least I would have liked that info on check in so I could have had an opportunity to request another building on the property. They did comp us the resort fee, but I would have rather have paid the fee. I will try the resort again, because I think my teens will enjoy theis place, BUT. I will ask upon checking in about any events happening during my stay.

I had to get a last -minute reservation and overpaid. They did let me check in early. I was upgraded to a room that was 3 floors above the street. My bedroom faced the street. Outside street noise made it close to impossible to sleep until about 2-3 AM. Friday night probably not the best night to stay. If I stayed another night or had the wherewithal, I would have asked to change my room. Other than that, the room was clean the housekeeping dept kept the rooms and halls nice. The Valet was great. The terrace has a great view. The staff was courteous. It was pretty much no frills. Somewhat historic charm and close to everything. I wouldn't say it was wonderful.
