The property was fine but for what it is, it is very expensive. The food was mediocre at best but you were charged a lot more than it was worth. Very nice Hotel in a nice Area of Braunschweig. Highlight of the room was the very nicely made bathroom. Bed was good, TV a bit out of age. Breakfast was good but for 58€ for two not totally worth it. Overall a very nice stay, we will come back.

Fantastic

Braunschweig is my hometown and for future visits I will definitely stay again at the Steigenberger. Located in a park less than 10 min walk from the City Centre it is a nice and quiet refuge after a day of shopping, socializing and sightseeing. The room was superb, especially the bath.

The internet connectin speed was very unstable. I varied from very slow to moderate speed. Expensive breakfast. Be sure to book with breakfast included. Otherwise an excellent Hotel.
