Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the proximity to the public pool right across from hotel. Beautiful park surrounding the hotel and only a few minutes walk to restaurants and shopping

Holet is pretty okay, nice and friendly staff, got a room upgrade, room was nice BUT the bathroom fan was running all night and the bathroom had a smell like there is somewhere fungus/stuffy air......

The property was fine but for what it is, it is very expensive. The food was mediocre at best but you were charged a lot more than it was worth. The rooms were clean but considering the price the towels were thin and the soap /shampoo indifferent. For the price charged I was expecting so much better.

Hotel itself is fine. Service for Sauna not existing: No towels, no chance to order. Bar: Unfriendly. Want to order a snack which is possible until 22:00. Had to wait to order until 22:02. No order possible now because 2 minutes too late.

wir sind Stammgäste und mindestens 1 mal im Monat in diesem Hotel. Leider hat man uns beim Checkin ~1Stunde warten lassen um uns dann mitzuteilen das wir in ein anderes Hotel gehen müssten. es sei der gleiche Standard hat man uns versichert was aber leider nicht stimmte. eine Begründung haben wir leider nicht erhalten aber die Rezeption war total überfordert, was die Situation aber nicht entschuldigt.

Es war schade, dass es auf dem Zimmer kein Wasserkocher gab. Wir hätten gerne nach unserer Ankunft um 20:30Uhr eine Kleinigkeit gegessen, leider schien die Küche aber sehr überlastet gewesen zu sein. Man sagte uns, dass es bis zu 1,5 Stunden dauern könnte bis das Essen kommt.

Solides Hotel mit gutem Frühstück

Zimmer sauber, Frühstück gut. Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, nur Pulverkaffee. Bademantel wurde, obwohl angefordert, nie aufs Zimmer gebracht, Wasserspender im Spa leer und niemand erreichbar um Flasche auszutauschen. Leistungsstufe an Fitnessgeräten (Ausdauer) konnte nicht eingestellt werden (mehrere Geräte ausprobiert). Von einem Steigenberger habe ich mehr erwartet.
