23 countries in 21 days and this was by far the nicest room and breakfast setup. Close to major transit and across the street from local bus. Very friendly staff and got us into a room early.

The receptionist offered a friendly welcome and great communication. A choice of drink on arrival was appreciated. We took up the opportunity to book a free parking space in advance and had no problems. The room was spacious and clean with good beds. Restaurant options were a short walk away. Breakfast was a cold continental selection, but fresh and tasty.. The city centre is a short bus ride away. The only thing we didn't like was the fact the bathroom only had a bath with a shower head. It would be better to have a screen and a shower you could stand underneath.

Great location just a few steps from bus/train stations. Room was clean and staff leave you a bag outside the door daily with free drinks/TP etc…gym was well stocked. Not that much cardio equipment, but otherwise good. Breakfast was solid. Fresh rolls, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt etc..coffee machine was always available for free. Staff really gave a great effort to ensure quests needs were met.

Small but excellent hotel right next to the railway to/from Vienna. Clean, comfortable, a short ride on one of the frequent buses to the City Centre. Staff are friendly and helpful - Receptionist went well above and beyond the call of duty to help us with an emergncy. Warmly recommended.

We highly recommend

All well with comfort, checkin, fulsome breakfast and welcoming and helpful staff. Problem we had was the elevator was out of service during our entire stay and we had to haul luggage to 3rd floor above the main floor (floor zero). Location was difficult to find but easy to return to once we figured how where and how. Staff helpful in us doing this.

This 'hotel' was crazily good - like too good to be true good. Our host was exceptional, offering us welcome drinks to take back to our room and personally showing us to our room and around the amenities. The hotel is a bit of an odd one (but in a good way) as it is located in a private, secure wing of 8 rooms in an apartment block. We had a double room with a balcony overlooking the main room and it was fantastic. Clean, tidy, well maintained with a large bathroom (there is a shower head for use in the bath but no shower as such - not a big deal for us). There is a safe, kettle, microwave, and fridge in the room. The fridge contained a beer, cola and some snacks, all of which were free. There was a breakfast room in the wing where the included breakfast was served and comprised of a small buffet and hot and cold drinks. Perfectly adequate and enough to set us up for the day, saving additional time and money along the way. The breakfast room is accessible 24/7 with access free tea, coffee machine and cold drinks. The gym looked to be very well equipped although we didn't have time to use it on this occasion. There is a bus stop right outside that takes you directly to the city centre and a train station behind the hotel. We found a local-type pub (Pivovar Hops), on the railway station side that did good pub grub and excellent, cheap beer. There was also a bakery and Tesco Express and other shops and food places around the station. Overall - Excellent - 6 stars.

Great place wrong location

The rooms here are fabulous, spacious and modern. The staff are trying very hard to please but the hotel is too far out of town to work and right next to a very noisy rail depot. It is a great hotel but overpriced for what it offers.

The area isn't great. I was refused service at a food counter just outside the hotel (called "Express Service"). In the hotel itself, there is a frequent banging noise. There is street noise as well.

Very clean rooms, very helpful staff,very good Continental breakfast, tea/coffee facilities available throughout the day plus microwave oven and room safe for added security. Located in a pleasant residential area just outside the main town. One needs transport to go into town but the bus top is located near the hotel. We found it easier to book a Bolt taxi for 5 only euros. Also located near the train station but did not find the noise to be of any real problem. Car parking is also available. Very good value for the price.
