Clean and comfortable room. Very kind staff. Coffee and bottled water provided in room. Free coffee and water in reception. They left us a bottle of prosecco and two champagne flutes in the room as a happy new year gift-lovely and appreciated gesture. Decent car park, at a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was excellent. They had sparkling wine and real fresh orange juice so if you wanted you could have a bucks fizz breakfast. The tram stop was just across the road so it was very easy to go into town

Wouldn't come back

The hotel had zero airconditioning so room air was terrible. Also because of the hot weather it was unbearable to try to sleep there. The housekeeper kept coming to the room with diffirent matters without knocking and not speaking or understanding english so we never knew why she came there. Otherwise a very basic, clean but outdated hotel.
