Staff courteous, easy access to town and clean room. The lounge on the 5th floor is nice and offers a variety of snacks and drinks. The only downside was the hotel bar, it’s not bad but it could be better. There is too much light and the drinks are just ok. There are many other bars in town with a better atmosphere and drinks.

Just absolutely top notch all round. Good location, excellent breakfast including Full English offering,friendly staff. Hotel nicely appointed and very welcoming. Room attractive with comfy bed and chairs and all creature comforts necessary. Only minor fault was lack of English TV channels other than SKy News & CNN but fortunately was able to use our Netflix account so not a problem in the end. All in all just a great 4 night stay within a short walk of the Old town and Xmas markets. Highly recommended.
