Great stay, the hotel provided us with a baby cot and baby chair for the meals. Room was great and clean. The only downside was the bed had a topper that was too soft, but we told the staff and they removed it and the matresses were just fine.

Best Stopover

Part of longer trip and this was a stopover. The hotel is convenient but also absolutely beautiful and clean with everything you would need and excellent food. The spa was super too. The service was possibly the best I’ve ever had with the friendliest staff. Brasov itself is lovely.

Brasov trip

The staff are what this hotel is all about. The reception welcome from Oana and Anca and the waiters and breakfast staff and even the drivers and porters. The food in the restaurant is sensational and the health facilities exceptional. As an example one of their drivers took the day to drive me around seeing the castles and one of the porters helped me with the large baggage I had to the train station. This is probably the best hotel in Brasov.

I loved the style of the hotel. I absolutely loved my room design and size. I will for sure be back. I didńt like that you somehow need transportation from the hotel to anywhere. Too far to walk to the old town. The location is if you are with a car.

Amazing

The hotel is built at the highest level of quality and comfort. Very nice design, nice colours. The stuff is very helpful, always willing to help, always smilly and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The spa is amazing with unique jacuzzi, very nice dry and wet sauna and a salt space. I had only a few things a liked less. The gym and the bowling had access to public, so it was not comfort to be there. The spa had an intense clorium smell from the swimming pool. The prices of the massage and the playstation area are relatively high

Upscale hotel

Hotel is very nice but too upscale for middle class travelers such as myself. Got snotty looks by other guests and security person working in the front lobby. Air conditioning didn't work but luckily it wasn't too hot outside. Front desk agents seem friendly though. Hotel would be priced over $350 the United States but is priced like a nice Holiday Inn.

Close to the Brasov train station, the side door to the hotel is just to the left of the front entrance of the train station. Easy and inexpensive Uber to Old Town part of Brasov and Poinia.

The light and turning them all on is absolutely ridiculous. The people there for a conference as I walk through the spa was ridiculous. The gym and spa were convenient as is the location of the hotel. English is just not spoken enough in Romania. Or maybe its the smaller town of Brasov. Honestly the whole castle bran tourist visit is a total joke. I would not recommend Brasov as the Dracula legend is all made up!

I loved it here, had a lifestyle suite which was brilliant. Everything was really really great, the staff so kind and attentive and the food wasbrilliiant too. The spa is excellent and had a brilliant spa evening. I can highly reommend. Its a bit of a trek from the old town but nothing a very well priced taxi cant fix.
