The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was much needed since it was my first visit to Brazil. Very good hotel and fairly new. Right across the street from the Shopping. The restaurant had an adequate breakfast buffet. We also tried the chef's special for dinner and it was the best grilled chicken breast I've had in Brazil. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The only quibble was that the shower was small. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

Quem deseja fazer Check in antes das 14h, procure outra rede/hotel. Cheguei na quinta-feira, às 08h50 da manhã, para estadia de 3 (três noites) no exato momento que o hotel tinha feito a saída (check out) de um grupo grande, de ônibus. As 12h15 ainda não tinha quarto pro meu Check in com alegação de indisponibilidade. Detalhe o hotel tem 264 quartos. De forma irônica e jocosa os recepcionistas perguntam se eu tinha lido o contrato de hospedagem, que o check in seria apenas após as 14h. Cordialidade e empatia ZERO!
