Apartamento muito antigo. Instalações do banheiro necessitam de modernização. Fluxo de água muito fraco. Água do chuveiro somente a quente (muito quente!). Preço da diária (paguei cerca de R$ 550,00, fora taxa de 10% no local) não condizente com as instalações do hotel (muito antigo).

O hotel é bom, com funcionários prestativos e educados, boa localização, café da manhã simples e de boa qualidade, quarto espaçoso e confortável. No entanto, a internet na última noite não funcionou e o telefone também não estava funcionando. Essas duas questões precisam ser melhoradas. O café da manhã também pode ser mais diversificado. No mais, recomendo o hotel.

Equipe muito gentil e atenciosa. Melhorar a limpeza. Não sei se por muito tempo fechado, tinha cheiro de mofo no primeiro dia. Não tinha como abrir a porta para varandinha, porque tinha cadeado. Houve esquecimento e retirar o conteúdo da lixeira do banheiro em um dia.

Adorei o Plaza Bittar Hotel! A aparência externa não é bonita, mas não condiz com a decoração agradável do interior do hotel. Fiquei em um quarto nem amplo, nem pequeno, limpo, chuveiro delicioso (é ducha, e não chuveiro elétrico) e muito perto de um shopping. Dá para ir e voltar à pé do shopping. Na minha chegada, o atendimento da funcionária do balcão foi apenas ok, nada mais além disso. Gostei do fato de o hotel disponibilizar shampoo e sabonete líquidos, e que são de boa qualidade. O quarto dispõe de frigobar. Achei abusivos os preços dos lanches e pratos oferecidos no hotel e, por isso, almocei e jantei no shopping. O café da manhã merece elogios à parte, com tudo fresco e muito gostoso! O senhor que atende no espaço do café da manhã é muito educado e simpático! O hotel fez a gentileza de antecipar em meia hora o café da manhã para que os concurseiros pudessem tomar o café antes de irem para a prova. Recomendo o hotel.

Compreendo que a estrutura do prédio seja antiga, mas alguns aspectos poderiam ser melhores como a iluminação (com sensores nem sempre funcionaram passando a sensação de medo) e os elevadores (precisamos descer duas vezes pelas as escadas). O quarto onde estivemos era muito confortável, mas infelizmente nossos travesseiros Tinho cheiro de suor. O café da manhã poderia também ser mais diversificado.
