Where are our three beds

I booked this reservation for a room with three single beds but we got one double and o single bed. It was kind of weird because two of us had to share the double bed. We wanted to share the room but not the bed. Since the room was booked for three people, I would assume there will be towels and blankets for three people. No! Had to ask for it. Why? Not sure 🤔

O primeiro ponto de atenção que eu cuidei desde o início era a oferta de estacionamento. Quando o referido hotel diz que possui estacionamento, é mentira, pois ele usa o espaço público de estacionamento e alega ser seu. Logo, os carros ficavam expostos, sem nenhum tipo de segurança/supervisão. O estado de conservação do quarto era lastimável, não pela idade (que era bastante avançada) dos móveis, mas por seu estado: aparelho de ar condicionado sujo, armários com portas caindo, parede descascada. O quarto que foi designado para mim era no subsolo do prédio, com uma vista parcial da rua, algo muito semelhante a um cativeiro de sequestro. O sinal de internet, por conta da localização, era inexistente. Enfim, é preferível ficar ao relento a se hospedar neste estabelecimento.

No check in,o atendimento foi muito precária. Foi alocado para um andar inferior devido a reserva ter sido feita no hotéis.com. Esse foi o ponto negativo. Café é outro ponto negativo: não tinha mamão, suco de laranja, é o básico de um café da manhã. Quarto com ar condicionado barulhento, cama péssima. Check out, foi o ponto positivo. Pessoa acatou as minhas reclamações, houve um pedido de desculpas e não foi cobrado o lanche que por sinal foi outro ponto negativo. Hotel precisando de uma repaginada urgente.

Hotel superfaturado no valor da diária e não condiz com a realidade no que oferecem. Infraestrutura bem antiga, pisos no corredor estão soltos e trincados, quando vai andando ele parece que vai quebrando mais. Quartos e roupas de cama bem surradas.
