O hotel no geral é agradável, indicando um benefício justo em relação ao custo da diária. O ambiente ao redor do hotel me pareceu bom, com restaurante com música ao vivo próximo ao hotel o que no meu caso facilitou a refeição e agradou. Banheiro e quarto limpo com ar condicionado, wi-fi. O Hotel é simples, correto. Poderia ter sido uma experiência agradável de desfrutar de uma acomodação limpa e próxima da UNB. Não foi. Faltou capacidade de gerenciamento e sensatez ao encarregado do Hotel no que tange a lidar com imprevistos. Nada posso falar da Recepcionista do Hotel. Preocupada em ajudar e criar condições de apaziguamento entre partes discordantes. A máxima o cliente sempre tem razão é para ser evocada com tranquilidade, embora nem sempre seja uma afirmativa verdadeira.Mas é necessário que a gerência de um hotel possa acolher a reclamação de um hóspede com tranquilidade e zelo. É muito complexo quando a gerência do Hotel não entende o posicionamento do hóspede e/ou não compreende o seu ponto de vista, pré-julgando-o. Uma pena, desencontro total.

Bom, a ESTADA foi muito tranquila e atendeu bem as expectativas e as necessidades de uma viagem curta a negócios. Tem próximos bons restaurantes, uma padaria e um supermercado. Hotel simples mas bem aconchegante. As únicas queixas são o horário do café que é até às 9h, já que não servem almoço poderia ir até às 10h; outra queixa é o chuveiro que no meu quarto pelo menos, tinha ducha pequena e pouca pressão. Fora isso nada mais a destacar. De toda sorte, ótimo custo benefício para uma viagem curta a negócios.

No geral gostei do hotel, funcionários educados e prestativos. Porém a água do chuveiro estava fria, a tv só pegava 02 canais abertos. Fiz reserva contando que seria parcelado o valor a pagar, porém para minha surpresa, o pagamento só podia ser realizado o valor total, isso me causou um transtorno, pois o valor no cartão seria também para outros pagamento planejados nessa viagem, em resumo deixei de realizar um serviço.

Hotel bom para estadias rápidas, apenas para resolver negócios ou tirar visto (meu caso). A cama e travesseiros não são confortáveis, não tem itens no frigobar e você precisa comprar na recepção coisas como água, refrigerante, etc. Um ponto positivo são os restaurantes próximos e também a localização. Café da manhã bom. Recomendo para no máximo 2 dias de estadia..

O hotel em uma area de comercio de roupas, muito barulho, difícil acesso, estacionamente inseguro para carros e motos, banheiro demora aquecer a agua e mau cheiro. A recepção fica dentro de um shopping de roupas, parece um camelódromo, terrível.
