Providing clean towels was an issue for the hotel. We were there five nights and three of those nights involved us having to repeatedly request new towels. Also, the housekeeping was subpar. The bathroom wasn’t completely cleaned some days. The front desk staff was always polite and helpful though.

Terrjble check in. Required documents to prove my sons parenthood that are not required by law. Had to submit a birth certificate. My son and me share the same last name. After 40 yrs of travelling this is the first time I had to deal with this. If there are concerns regarding child trafficking etc there should be better ways to handle these situations than the way this specific person handled the case. It was for sure purely motivated by the check in attendants bias who not only required to see the birth certificate but unlawfully demanded a copy of the passport and birthcertificate which was completely uncalled for.
