Providing clean towels was an issue for the hotel. We were there five nights and three of those nights involved us having to repeatedly request new towels. Also, the housekeeping was subpar. The bathroom wasn’t completely cleaned some days. The front desk staff was always polite and helpful though.

Terrjble check in. Required documents to prove my sons parenthood that are not required by law. Had to submit a birth certificate. My son and me share the same last name. After 40 yrs of travelling this is the first time I had to deal with this. If there are concerns regarding child trafficking etc there should be better ways to handle these situations than the way this specific person handled the case. It was for sure purely motivated by the check in attendants bias who not only required to see the birth certificate but unlawfully demanded a copy of the passport and birthcertificate which was completely uncalled for.

Frustrante

Confirmado com meses de antecedencia que se trataria de suíte para ocasião especial - noite de núpcias e arrumação da noiva. Foi designado uma com conhecidos problemas de barulho (como confessou o funcionário da recepção), tornando impossível o sono à noite. Foi providenciada a troca. Foi esquecido um item, mas a governança não fez anda para encaminhá-lo, precisamos procurar. Isolamento acústico razoável, mas por estar próximo a via é possível ouvir os veículos. Ainda, por azar, foi realizado um evento a ceu aberto às 5h da manhã, em frente à torre, o que também atrapalhou o sono (mas não é culpa do hotel, evidentemente)

Não foi a melhor infelizmente, sempre preferi esse hotel quando estou Brasília mas dessa vez percebi uma queda na qualidade, exemplo não limparam o quentão no segundo dia que estávamos lá, mesmo tempo deixado a placa pedindo, café queda de qualidade, haviam formigas no banheiro.
