This hotel feels like it’s abandoned. The windows block no sounds at all, you could literally hear everything going on outside. The towels were clean but had STAINS on them. Absolutely disgusting. They also don’t clean the rooms everyday

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I find it impossible that people are rating this any higher than 1 star. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable (springs poking through), and they give you one very flat pillow. I actually had to roll my clothes up to use as a pillow. My travel partner and I started joking that it closely resembles a prison. Someone else in the reviews said it looked abandoned, but I think it looks like a set from a Zombie apocalypse movie. The curtains don't cover the windows, and the internet didn't work, so I had to use a hotspot for the entire five days I was there. The TV does not stream and has barely one channel; the rest are static. The windows are paper-thin, and you can hear everything outside. You will regret staying here.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto dos pontos turísticos, shoppings, café da manhã com boa variedade, senti falta da opção de um cappuccino como opção de bebida. Quarto confortável, banheiro limpo, porém a manutenção das janelas (limpeza) deixa a desejar, os vidros das janelas dos quartos muito sujos, o que atrapalha a vista bonita para a cidade. O hotel também está precisando de manutenção em alguns pontos. Outro ponto negativo é o fato do frigobar desligar no momento que você retira o cartão do quarto e sai, o que é péssimo, pois se coloca algo nele, estará quente quando retornar. Mas no geral, gostei da estadia, vale muito a pena principalmente pelo preço da diária e localização do hotel.

Falta no banheiro cabides para toalhas e porta shampoo e no apto no andar mais alto não há uma boa caida de água no chuveiro. Foram essas as falhas deste hotel. Funcionários atenciosos, excelente localização, elevador panorâmico e o custo da hospedagem são os pontos fortes.
