O local se chama Garvey Park Hotel com unidades do próprio hotel e outras de diferentes proprietários. Não inclui café da manhã. Há diferentes aptos, alguns renovados, bem decorados e outros detonados como o que eu fiquei. Está tudo caindo aos pedaços. A mangueirinha higiênica espalhava água no bwc inteiro e a solução da Adm foi desligar a mesma. O local é de facil acesso a tudo. Procure os aptos renovadis.

Elevadores quebrados

Os elevadores do Hotel não estavam funcionando. Eram trÊs, um deles estava quebrado assim que eu cheguei e o outro ficou preso com hospedes dentro, eu tive que usar as escadas todos os dias porque era uma fila gigante de pessoas e o chuveiro do quarto era péssimo

Já havíamos nos hospedado em outras oportunidades sem problemas. Porém, desta vez nos instalaram em 1 apartamento antigo, totalmente diferente da foto do anúncio, inclusive com material de construção dentro dos armários. Havia, ainda, vazamento na pia do banheiro, bem como a mesa e as cadeiras eram aquelas de plástico, similares as de bar. Nós precisamos reclamar para sermos hospedados.

Tem que pagar café e estacionamento a parte.

Razoável: Estacionamento e café tem que pagar a parte. Preço baixo dessa forma acaba enganando as pessoas. Salva pela proximidade dos locais de grande importância. Caso o hotel consiga fazer um preço bom com essas inclusões, o custo beneficio passa a ser bastante bom e competitivo.

Experiência ruim!

Não tivemos uma boa experiência. Não tinha água dentro no quarto para beber e nem havia disponível na cozinha para pedido. Banheiro ultrapassado, péssima instalação. Cobertor não estava higienizado, pois estava sem embalagem e com marcas de uso. Único hotel que o checkin é às 15h e o checkout às 11h. Blackout da janela não adiantava quase nada. O pedido do iFood é recebido na garagem no subsolo.
