Tem que pagar café e estacionamento a parte.

Razoável: Estacionamento e café tem que pagar a parte. Preço baixo dessa forma acaba enganando as pessoas. Salva pela proximidade dos locais de grande importância. Caso o hotel consiga fazer um preço bom com essas inclusões, o custo beneficio passa a ser bastante bom e competitivo.

Muito bom. Excelente atendimento, local super limpo e organizado. A dificuldade é que o hotel tem varios nomes e isso dificulta um.pouco na hora de chamar um uber. Ótimo preço e perto de restaurants e shoppings. Não tem cafe da manhã incluso, mas a lanchonete é otima.

O apartamento é antigo, com cheiro de coisa velha, acredito que em virtude da cortina; a cama é confortável; a limpeza satisfatória; a descarga do banheiro não funcionava direito, e não atenderam minha solicitação de reparo. A localização é muito boa.

Como ficamos em QUATRO QUARTOS DIFERENTES durante nossa estadia, o relato seria o seguinte: No primeiro Quarto - embora tivesse sacada, esta era fechada - já tivemos uma boa experiência, acreditando que aquele seria o padrão dali em diante; No segundo Quarto, tivemos a melhor experiência no que tange à qualidade da acomodação; Já no terceiro Quarto, percebemos um padrão 'inferior' a este segundo, que gratamente surprendeu-nos; Por fim, na quarta Acomodação - esta, com sacada aberta - a visão da piscina de um andar mais baixo foi interessante.

Experiência ruim!

Não tivemos uma boa experiência. Não tinha água dentro no quarto para beber e nem havia disponível na cozinha para pedido. Banheiro ultrapassado, péssima instalação. Cobertor não estava higienizado, pois estava sem embalagem e com marcas de uso. Único hotel que o checkin é às 15h e o checkout às 11h. Blackout da janela não adiantava quase nada. O pedido do iFood é recebido na garagem no subsolo.
