The people there were really nice explaining to us that the motel wasn't open that they couldn't understand why Expedia kept sending people there with reservations Expedia really dropped the ball on this cause us not to have a motel and had to find something on the fly thank God there was something available on a weekend in Branson

We had a reservation through Expedia. When we arrived, the office was closed and the "NO VACANCY" light was on. Some guy in the parking lot told me everyone had gone home, and they had no rooms. We had to find last minute alternate accommodations to avoid sleeping in our car! Never again!!!

Didn't even get to stay here, booked my stay days in advance, drove 4 hours and find out when I try to check in that the city closed them down? Unprofessional, someone should be calling to let you know if their stay isn't booked or make it to where you can't even book if it's unavailable. Had to last minute figure out a different place to stay at. Thankfully Mountain Country Inn had a room that was clean and the staff was professional.
Extremely run down, stains everywhere! Toilet didn't work properly, fuse was blown from my blow dryer, shower was very temperamental (had to move the knob just right for it to work). And, its an extended stay place where people actually live there. Very strange! People can't smoke in their rooms so everyone pulls a chair outside or stands around the doors & smokes ... therefore all these people are outside sitting & standing around smoking ... on both sides of my room there were smoke clouds. Very disturbing for a guest that doesn't smoke. Dogs are allowed (I'm an animal lover) but dogs are barking next door!
I'm told the breakfast is good, but it isn't available until 8:00, a little late for people who have to be at business meetings!
And, all this for $75/night! Extremely overpriced for the kind of room you get & the amenities are nothing!
Just NOT the place for me ... I'll never stay again!
Very clean and staff was friendly. We were not there very long. It's hard to say much. I really was happy to find a veteran owned place. Thank you for your service b
I was traveling with my children and dogs, they had a great area for both the kids and the dogs at the end of a long day in Branson. The hotel is very close to Silver Dollar City and a Walmart which was convenient with the kids. The hotel has a pool with a waterslide with plenty of other kids to play in and a playground. We noticed other families grilling dinner by the pool and hot tub area which, was well maintained. They have a large area to walk the dogs as well. The staff was very helpful and accommodating even after hours when we were locked out of our room. This also might be a good place for long term renters.
Clean and comfortable and the staff was great. Best hotel breakfast I have had. Try the omlet. They are fantastic

Ok place
It was a decent place... I didn’t like the fact that people lived there and felt necessary to speak to you...pool was frigid lol hot tub and grill area were nice overall for what I paid it was a decent deal
Dirty washcloth hanging on shower
Room had a feel of uncleanliness
Non-smoking room reeked with smoke - had to go buy air fresheners
Advertised “Pet friendly” but when we declared our pet they reassigned us a room in the back, next to a place where they stored junk
We should not have reserved room on line as it was “non-refundable “
The manager Noel is very friendly and we enjoyed talking to her and she makes a great omelet. The hotel itself could stand some updating and a good thorough cleaning. Overall it was a good value.
I looked at the checkin office and had misgivings but checked in anyway and took the keys. I just walked into the room and back out again. It smelled like a basement or attic and I couldn't breathe. Because I secured the reservation on orbitz, I lost my money but stayed elsewhere.
Down to earth hospitality from all of the staff. The owners live on site so i was never uncomfortable with leaving my boat unattended in the parking area.
The only reason we picked this hotel was because it was close to Silver Dollar City. The ad on expedia had 2 rooms..regular and elite(10$ more per night because it had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave.) We opted for the elite thinking I was getting a great deal. We walk into the room which the carpets are stained really bad, holes in the walls and the place stunk like cigarette smoke. The beds are seriously hard as a rock. The next morning I try and make coffee...the coffee pot has dried something in the bottom so we couldnt use it. The fridge froze anything we put in it. The table next to the bed had dried food stuck to it and down the wall behind it had dried food on it as well. The only bonus to this was we had clean towel and hot water!
The breakfast was good. The owner was very friendly. The woman at checkout, no so much. Rather rude. Didn't want to hear anything negative about the hotel. The room overall was clean, but really needed a good dusting. There were only 2 very soft pillows on a king bed. Definitely needed 2 more pillows. Not convenient for electronics. Had to get on my knees to find a plug. Could have used a towel bar and/or hooks in the bathroom. Curtains need to be wider. Did not cover the entire window, so we had street lights shining into our room all night. Parking lot very unkept. A lot of leaves and debris.

Very convenience location. Some fast foods and Walmart is very close. Staff are very friendly. A couple lights in my room wasn’t working so room was a bit darker than other room but it was no problem to stay comfortably. They have good breakfast too. I’ll defnitely come back this place when I come to Branson again.
Nice size rooms. Even with two queen beds there was ample room for a small table and 2 chairs. The made to order breakfast was quite a treat. We go to Branson frequently and never knew this hotel was that close. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others as it was an excellent value for the price.
