Room was clean. Washer and dryer aval. It also comes with a box of detergent. It is outdated but everything was working, clean and no odor. With my discount the room was $185 for a 2 bdrm/2 bath condo. It’s a good price. Note: Bring on shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. The housekeepers will attempt to enter room at 10 to clean so check out means get Out:-)

Nice but missing some basics

The room was clean and quiet. However a few things were an incovience. The kitchen was very bare: minimal cookware and no filters for coffee pot. The fold out bed had no sheets. A large bag was in the room for the fold out bed: a mattress topper that didn’t fit and a thin blanket and two pillows. The bathroom lacked shampoo, only body bar soap available. If the fold out bed had adequate bedding and toiletries in the bathroom the stay would have been perfect.

This is a no frills facility but was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The unit we stayed in was a king size bedroom with fold out sofa sleeper and full kitchen. The shower was accommodating for tall people.

IF YOU ARE A LARGE FAMILY PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW We had a total of 6 people in our condo here and it was so pleasant. Our children (ages 10-1) enjoyed the stay and had plenty of room to hang out and relax after a long day of activities. The staff were super friendly at check in. It was still early in the season so the pool wasnt open or anything but we will definitely be staying here in the future. We absolutely loved the room. The only critique we can offer is that the unit we stayed in seems like it could be modernized just slightly. However, that is being super picky.

Room was tidy but I was not confident in the cleanliness, so I went to dollar tree & got supplies to disinfect. Sheets were full of hair, fuzz etc No hairdryer & minimal towels No shower supplies etc Sofa bed was very uncomfortable Place needs updating Pool was clean, super cold It was ok , for the money I would probably make a different choice next time.

Friendly staff

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were not clean. Tile floors and grout were filthy and left feet black. The carpet was not any better. The bathtub had hairs in and the faucet in the shower didn’t function properly.

The property is a mid level place. There has been work on the outside (paint, pool). I was pleasantly surprised at the exterior. I think overall the property is on the middle of some overall upgrades. The rooms are really large and if you get a two bedroom suite it could actually fit 6 comfortably. Our Room was located right by the pool so it was very noisy. But if I was a family this was be great. So overall if you are looking for a reasonably priced double Room condo with kitchen this is perfect but don’t expect much for the interior it’s a little run down and the blinds in our room don’t provide much privacy.

This is a good set up when you have a small group (4-6) and want to be able to stay together. It is nothing fancy but provides a nice space to gather around the table. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We had a great time.
