We love this spot. It’s not a five star hotel. But I don’t need that. It’s safe, clean, has breakfast. The beds are SO comfortable. It’s a great location if you want to go to Silver Dollar City. You avoid the strip and just hop on over.

It was okay.
For a 1 night stay it was fine. We had 3 rooms and 1 was fine, 1 the door wouldn't open without jiggling the handle, & the other the toilet backed up and didn't work in halfway through the stay. The breakfast was fine. The check in was quick and efficient.

Nice quiet place just off the main path!
The facility is a bit older, but very clean. It was the end of the year, so the facility was quiet. The staff was helpful with directions. The breakfast was good, though no eggs on Sunday. The room was clean, quiet and very accessible. Good stay to see friends in the area.

Average low budget motel
Older motel in need of rennovation. It was fine for the price. Smaller tv, older furniture, pillows uncomfortable. The beds weren't too bad. I would say 6 out of 10 on cleanliness, mainly because the lavatory wasnt clean, just wiped out and some gross stuff was in there. I asked for more towels the 2nd day, and they were in our room when we returned from our outing. Cant comment on the breakfast as we didnt eat there. Overall, for what we paid, it suited our needs.

We were pleased with what we got for the very economical price. The room was clean and had everything we needed and everything was working properly. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The heat worked good. We were on the second floor with only one room immediately adjacent. This may be why it was so quiet, but the hotel was completely full and I don’t really remember it being noisy anywhere. Super convenient to Silver Dollar City, our primary reason for visiting. Our room was a little small, but that is not some thing we care about. Also most places that charge such a reduced price would only serve you a pop tart on the way out. This also included breakfast. We enjoyed juice, coffee, bagels, cream cheese biscuits, and gravy eggs and there was other stuff that we didn’t try. Would definitely stay again.

Checkin was easy and fast. We were on the second floor almost above the office, the carpet needs replaced, beds were ok a little to firm for me but it was only one night. You can hear others making noise in the rooms behind us and on the one side but not to much, had a pretty good breakfast the usual eggs and sausage plus biscuits and gravy but two of my favorites but we have stayed here several times and will surely stay again we come to Branson to have fun not stay in a motel room, the price was very good we’re satisfied with 12oaks
