We had the best experience! The room was awesome and up to date, although I failed to figure out the ceiling fan and why the light would randomly come on in the middle of the night. The room was updated and clean. The bathroom was spacious but the shower was terrible. No water pressure. Huge shower with very small shower head that barely got you wet. Worst shower in a hotel for my experiences. Staff was friendly but the hotel was hosting a multiple High School event so it was packed with kids and there was NOT enough staff to support helping those Not part of the school event. We waited 2 hrs for additional towels and one blanket. If you called the customer service extension, it just rang and rang with no answer. The hotel also did not advertise that this event was happening this weekend, so there was no knowing for us ahead of time to change dates or location. Overall nice hotel. They need better showers and they need to staff accordingly for large events so guests, not part of the event, don’t feel like they are coming second to the event goers.
