We absolutely love the room. We took our four grandchildren with us had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend it for large families. The pool was very nice too, and the room was big enough for all of us to spread out in.

If you have to check in after the office is closed you have to call a number to get a code, the lady who answered the call was very patient while i was getting my room key! Staff was great and helpful with answering questions and the place was very clean! I can see myself staying again in the future.

Registered with 3 travelers. Room had towels for only 2. Pullout bed had no sheets or pillows. Advertised hot tubs (2) were both not working. Bedroom TV did not work. All items were addressed but only after calling to get items replaced/fixed. Despite all, individuals from housekeeping staff were a shining example of great service.

The room was clean and the property outdoors was very nice and well maintained . Great location, easy access to the strip. We did have a few roaches in the kitchen and the furniture was extremely dated. Side chair was stained on the arm rests. Fridge had rusted spots on the front but was very clean inside and cold. Overall, not sure I’d stay here again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The property was not inviting. All lawn care was complete ignored. The condos were run down, windows very dirty, furniture was beyond use,trash cans outside the door had a terrible odor. The outlay of French Quarter was excellent, it appears years of lack of maintenance and repairs have severely damaged a once great resort. Again the staff was excellent .

Pros: Everything was clean and as advertised. The stay was great and will definitely stay there again. The amenities are great and the staff was friendly. Con: Did not have hot water during late evening hours. Prepare to take your showers in the mornings.

Very friendly staff and easy to find.I request a handicap accessible and didn’t have a toilet bar and was unable to climb over tub. The furniture needs to be replaced little support and sinks down to the floor. Had a very difficult time getting up from the sofa and chair.

The room was plenty big for our family of 6. We didn’t really like that the gym was only 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill, and a small set of weights. You can’t access the gym until they unlock the pool area at 9am. There seemed to be a lot of people that would come swim at the pools every afternoon that were not guests there, so it made it harder for the guests to swim.

Great location and amenities! Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. We had issues with no hot water in the evenings for the entire 4 days of our stay. The TV in the master bedroom was inoperable but we never returned to the room in time to report it since the office closed at 5:00pm. The real deal breaker for us is the master bath is wide open to the bedroom. There was no door so there was no privacy at all.

The place was neat, the front desk was friendly, all required items were available in the room as mentioned in description. Our 2 day stay was pretty good. The only drawback we felt was not able to contact the front desk or maintainence after office hours. 8 to 5 they are easily available on phone but not other times. We dint have wifi the first day, we called and raised a request which was fixed the next day. We dint have warm water in the room in the evenings and we couldn't get any maintenance on time to fix it as it was past 5pm. Late night the warm water came on its own. Overall its a good place, easily accessible to most site seeing and activity places.

Nice place to stay for a family. Lots of room. Easy parking and access. This is the third time we have stayed here. The first 2 times we were in the same condo but this time we were in a different one. Liked the loft enclosed. But the carpet in this one really needs to be replaced. Living room and dining room is getting in pretty bad shape. But the French Quarter is a great place to stay. We will stay here as a family anytime we come to Branson.
