Wonderful property. We had a penthouse unit. Wonderful, high ceilings. Nice view. Everything was clean and comfortable.

For the first time things seemed run down. 1st unit air did not work. Finally moved us..2nd unit toilet ran all night long and shower sprayed water all directions. Carpet in bad need of stretching. Not our usual great stay.

This was an overall all awesome stay! The resort was in a residential neighborhood, so there wasn’t a direct route to the office. This was odd, but not a big deal. The room was dated, but clean and safe! We didn’t take advantage of the amenities (pool, grounds). The room was very clean. We even rearranged some furniture for our stay and the floor was even vacuumed under the furniture! We had the smallest unit, but was the perfect space for our family and needs. My biggest complaint is that this property is now owned by a larger vacation network. To my surprise, when i checked in, before I could get a parking pass for the grounds, I was required to sit through a high pressure sales pitch. I didn’t have time (we were there for business) and wasn’t expecting it. I didn’t book my room with string attached and I thought this was a major turnoff for this property. Other than the surprise at check-in, it was a great stay!

Love having luggage carts and elevators. Easy to get to room, very well lit outside, and always felt safe. . Room clean,So comfortable, and just made our Sisters Christmas Trip even more fun. Lady at checkin was welcoming and fun. Love having the kitchen. We made stew and cornbread to enjoy after the beautiful Christmas parade. So close to shopping, shows, and restaurants. Looking forward to our Spring trip. Thanks to the staff for doing a wonderful job👏👏👏

Short Stay
The room was nice and for the most part comfortable for the two nights. The place was clean, but the bathtub was not inviting. It may have been clean but didn’t have that appearance because it was stained. The mugs in the kitchen were stained also and both were a turn off. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Nice older condo. Very comfortable mattress and bedding. Older kitchen appliances and furnishings. Needs deep cleaning on baseboards, ac intake and output vents, ceiling fans and tile floors. I coughed and sneezed a lot when in condo. Elevator worked well. Nice balcony. Not many tv channels. Close to theatres and restaurants. Parking lot was dark. Had to go to another location to check in after 6:00pm.
