Hot tub was not working, indoor pool was ice cold even the kids did not want to swim, and shower water in both of our rooms would not even get Luke warm. The only nice part was being close to the park and the balcony. The comedy show and other things available were nice to have on site but that was it. I will not book here again.

Heater unite did work in 2 of the rooms, the phone in one of the rooms did have a cable, means was just for decoration, the advertise say that they have a entertainment room for the kids but when we got there is actually a bar, included the breakfast, but it is a limited choices, that is the reason I give to this hotel 3 starts, but I will give 5 starts to the receptionist, the one checked us in, she was wonderful, very nice.

We did not use the pool. It was a convenient location to silver dollar city. Breakfast was cold but free. I did not like that the exterior entry doors were not locked or restricted that’s a safety concern.

False advertising with amenities. Breakfast is not free. The hotel provides a voucher for a hotel restaurant. They had VERY few options and were not appealing to us and if you end up ordering off the menu rather than the 3 adult or 3 kid voucher menu options it is very pricey. Arcade no longer exists and is not kid friendly. Its now a bar with video poker. No kid friendly options. The hall does have pricey claw machines but no real arcade games for kids. This was extremely disappointing for my kids bc this and the "free breakfast" are what swayed us to book here rather than another local hotel. Unmonitored and unlocked entries to the hotel felt very unsafe. Staff were kind, rooms were old but clean as advertised. A few spiders that I could have done without. Pool was huge and kids enjoyed it (a little cold for a heated pool) but that didnt stop us.

Close to SDC. Very outdated but doable. The restaurant where your breakfast vouchers are for is very slow and understaffed. The couches had gross stains. Could have done a better job at cleaning. Did have lots of hot water. If you’re wanting a place to lay your head, quick shower and close to SDC this will work. Staff was nice but you have to ring the bell for service.

Room was clean and comfortable. They accommodated a very late check in, and had the option of a late check out, which was appreciated due to our unusual travel schedule. Staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet.

Great customer service from everyone that we ran into!!! We received daily breakfast with our stay, it is not a Buffett but a sit down in the Tavern Grill. The pool, huge and indoors! Loved this place.

Loved how close we were to SDC, but that was about it. The rooms were a decent size. We did find a baby cockroach in our bathroom. The food there also wasn’t great and the service was bad. Seemed like they just didn’t have enough people working. Having the voucher ended up being kind of annoying because it felt like we had to eat there since we already paid for it, even though we didn’t like the food or service.

It was convientient to get to Silverdollar City and easy to get into Branson. The only real complaint is that the beds were very hard. The mattresses needed to be replaced Staff was great and accommodating.
