The location was wonderful and the room size was very comfortable. Very quiet for sleeping. The physical building needs a lot of updating. The motel is very long and the elevator is at the very end of the building - away from the lobby! The stairway in the middle of the building had a very unstable handrail and loose tiles at the top of the stairs. Easy for a trip and fall to occur. The breakfast room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast array was average. I had reserved a king suite with a jacuzzi which was lovely in the picture. There was no jacuzzi, only a jetted bathtub in the bathroom. The furniture was dated and worn. A spider greeted me on my pillow when I first went near the bed! Thankfully, no others appeared. My biggest concern was that the outside doors were never locked. I spoke with the desk clerk and was assured that there was 24-hour camera surveillance. I would not stay here again due to this issue.

The only thing this place has going for it was the location to Silver Dollar City & the room was clean. Other than that was a total disappointment. The game room for kids they advertise is actually a comedy club filled with slot machines & a bar. The pool area was gross too.

We had a two day stay and everything was great. Except we had a barking dog next to us. I wish we could use the heated pool but I think the heater was broken because it was ice cold. Other than that the experience was great! The location was just down the road from silver dollar city and the staff was friendly.

Heater unite did work in 2 of the rooms, the phone in one of the rooms did have a cable, means was just for decoration, the advertise say that they have a entertainment room for the kids but when we got there is actually a bar, included the breakfast, but it is a limited choices, that is the reason I give to this hotel 3 starts, but I will give 5 starts to the receptionist, the one checked us in, she was wonderful, very nice.

They changed the hotel from the last we stayed there and replaced the family friendly arcade with a bar and adult gambling machines. They used to have a lovely breakfast buffet and now they have a restaurant with limited options and not so friendly staff. The pool was hazy and cold, but the hot tub was even colder. Love this place for the proximity to SDC, they used to have a shuttle and everything. Now probably won’t be back.
