“Bei Ankunft haben wir ein sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad vorgefunden. Top!!! Was ich nicht schlecht fande, es gibt auf dem Zimmer zwar keine Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher, dafür kann man sich unten an der Lobby aber am Automaten kostenfrei als Hotelgast bedienen. Als Verbesserungspunkte würde ich die, für mich persönlich, viel zu weichen Kissen sehen und den Teppichboden ganz besonders weil auch Haustiere im Hotel erlaubt sind.”

“This hotel is stunning! We really enjoyed our stay albeit too short as we were only overnighting. The room was clean in bright colours with a view over the valley. The swimming pool and sun deck were ideal to enjoy the sunshine. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.”

“El personal súper amable, la habitación muy limpia, algo antigua en decoración, las almohadas podrían ser mejores, pero en general muy bueno. El desayuno genial, variado y amplio. El Bar del hotel súper agradable para tomar algo al llegar, en general una experiencia genial. ”

“Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again.”
