“Small room with double bed. Stiflingly hot and no air con. Small TV screen . Stairs everywhere as old property but there was a lift. See accessibility video. Parking opposite hotel on sea front first come first gets the space. Very few spaces at rear . Would have expected better overall for the money.”

“I arrived with 2 young children at 7:30pm and I had to go into the bar looking for a member of staff to check us in. It was a very warm day and I asked for bottles of drinking water and was told they were in our room. There weren’t any in the room so I had to go back downstairs to ask for our water bottles to be filled with drinking water.
