“We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.”

“Adorable motel - modern updates with retro aesthetic. Great for families, pool and private beach - with private parking lot. Manager Patrick was awesome, fantastic customer service. Highly recommend. We already rebooked!”
