Hotel very run down and dated decor. Had to phone hotel to get somebody to come to the reception to check in. I thought we had already paid on booking through the app only to be told that we had to pay at receptionist again. We loved staying at the hotel and we had our 3 year old with us, There was no sound on the night, and the black out curtains helped our 3 year old sleep. The room was was very big and clean so there was enough room for us all. The staff were very helpful and always there if you needed them. There is a area that has toys for children whcih kept our child entertained as we checked in. I would definetly stay

Lovely hotel to stay with really friendly staff

Booking in was easy, the room was clean, big and good facilities, the wifi didn’t work in my room. The bathroom was overall clean but the grouting needed attention, plenty of towels. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The pool was lovely the jacuzzi was lovely and warm, though the water needed a clean. The communal carpets needed a clean, it was a lovely quiet hotel, despite a pub next door. It was reasonably priced, I would recommend it and ill would definitely stay there again.
