The front desk staff was nice. Bed pillows were about half the size of a normal pillow, tv didn't work, parking lot had huge holes marked by cones, elevator didn't work and the air conditioner made loud noises but didn't cool the room. Wish I would have read the reviews more closely before booking.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room. The pillows, linens, and towels were all in great shape. The mattresses were comfortable. The drains didn’t back up! (Biggest thing that upsets me when I spend the night in a hotel- clogged/slow drains.). The only drawback was noise level outside, from the floor above, and in the hallway. Over all, I highly recommend this as an affordable stay and will definitely make this my go-to when I visit my daughter in Bradford.
