Great staff easy to check in however the property itself is dated, smells of drugs and the wrong crowd of people, communal areas were disgusting, the room had mold in the bathroom and had a bad feel overall

Well located hotel in Bradford not far from cheap parking in the Leisure Exchange and with friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast on my first morning was very good but on the second morning was plate service which wasn't convenient given the need to get away promptly and considering the numbers before 7am.

Had a nice night stay when visiting the theatre, fantastic location only a 3 minute walk from the Alabhama, nice clean room,hot water for bath and nice food from the bar. Reception staff very pleasant also.

Room size are congested where other hotels in same category and less price give you with big size room. beds are too small , I wouldn't say its good enough size for 2 persons to sleep, really disappointed. staff are not really welcoming. there is no hotel parking but next to it parking place which give you 24 hours parking for £10. I would rather stay somewhere else there are plenty near to the town, £1.50 parking for 24 hours, with free breakfast and less price
