I cannot say enough good things about ESA. This is our second time here and we just extended 1 more day! Justin, Kyla and Beverly are absolutely star players!! The AC blows ice cold but adjusts nicely if you prefer it a bit warmer. The roll in showers with built in shower was that holds 450lbs

Kenyetta (front desk) is absolutely the best. She connects with the guests and is welcoming, efficient and respectful. The rest of the staff we dealt with were kind and helpful. The hotel was always clean and well maintained. Parking was plentiful and well lit. It is close to shopping and the highway. Every thing you need is close by.

Brand new hotel, so of course, very clean. Stayed 3 nights staff was very nice only issue we didn’t get any maid service or fresh towels. (We had to ask for new towels) but being brand new they may not have enough staff yet. Pleasant stay.
