Everything was great. They upgraded us to a room closer to the beach. The short walk worked well for my husband. I went out early to get chairs and there was really no need for that. It was a very slow time and not alot of visitors out. I can't wait to do this again

What we liked: close proximity to the beach; how the staff met us on time to provide parking pass; full kitchenette available in the room; private patio available. What we didn’t like: bedside tables need lamps; staff was nowhere to be found; didn’t see any available loungers on beach; unclear how to adjust temperature in room; sprinklers sprayed our feet and shoes along outdoor path in evenings.

Perfect location! The only thing I didn’t like was the property we stayed at wasn’t the one shown on the picture. And we had a hard time finding it. Other then that it was a perfect location 1 block from beach and right between Anna Maria and Bradenton beach

The room itself was not too bad. It didn’t have a microwave but had a stove. The wall behind the sink had a penciled in diagram of the kitchen left by the construction workers. It was obvious that they rented to us just after renovating. I don’t think they would have cleaned it while we were there if I had not requested it. Also the whole resort is sprinkled over 4-6 blocks. Amenities were a ten minute walk for us. I would not stay here again.

Clean beautiful rooms. Up to date. Mini fridge inside room. Beautiful landscaping. Third party booking thru Expedia doesn’t specify which room so ours did not have the pool on site had to walk to another of their locations that allowed us to use the pool.

Disappointed , in the description it’s says private patio and pool well when sitting out there we could see our neighbors next to us (8ft away)The private pool was 2 BLOCKS away which is definitely not in the description. The staff was really friendly and rooms were clean but not enough amenities like charging port plugs and lamps! Definitely will look for a different place next time.

The property was clean and very close to the beach. I did not realize the room I booked was not where the pool was. Anna Marie Retreat has several different properties where rooms are but the pool is not at all of them. The biggest disappointment was they did not have a microwave. A full size refrigerator is there and a stove but there was no way to reheat things. The location was so close to where I was helping with a wedding that I only had to walk one block so it was a perfect place to stay!!

The room was clean, spacious, remodeled, good air conditioner and a ceiling fan. Spacious and remodeled bathroom. Room service was amazing. They changed beach and regular towels ever day. One minute walk to the beach. The experience at Anna María Island was unique. We will definitely come back soon.
