Very affordable and the room was the most comfortable we had during our entire trip. Nice and cool even though the weather was absolutely sweltering outside. Helpful and friendly staff.
The room was a good size and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and eventhough the room didn't have Aircon they provided us with a fan which helped to keep the room cool

It was ok but the shower was broken we told the person on reception but it didnt get fixed. Other than that the room was clean and suitable for what we wanted. Good base for trip into Legoland.
Top expensive considering the ameninities and services.

Stayed for 1 night before checking into Lego land hotel the next night. Check in was swift and informative. Room was very basic but clean n comfortable. (No Air Con, Fan provided) There was no TV remote in the room but was given one at reception once requested. Downside-There is no dining area for breakfast, you can purchase a breakfast box for £5.50. I was given 3 complementary boxes, we were a party of 5- but was appreciated as the 3 children had these. Check out was swift. Seating area/ bench’s outside would be nice. Overall ok for one nights stay
The pictures on expedia do not match this property and should be changed, as a lone woman staying overnight due to work commitments.
I arrived at the hotel given a phobe key that did not work, on arriving into the room it was filthy the table had not been wiped down, the carpet looked like it has not been hoovered in awhile.
There was only a vending machine for food, absolutely discussing place it looked like an old residential home. I was so disgusted I left immediately and booked with the limited 30 mins free wifi to book into a Premier Inn.
The building it self was not as advertised, no bar or refreshment service, building is old and not modern, the only vending machine was out of service. The person on reception could barely speak English and even after giving me the room key asked me a further 3 times my name which made me feel uncomfortable. The room it self was grubby we stayed in room number 2, there was grime and dirt around the light switches, rips in the carpet and the bathroom if you can call it that was more like a care home wet room, mould and damp in every corner, and we checked out at 9:30pm and had to check in to another hotel at a further £203 expense to ourself just to feel safe and comfortable
