“Escogí un estudio que la verdad la habitación estaba muy bien, pero con un grave fallo que era que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y hacía mucho calor por la noche. Incluso se ha ido la luz varias veces”

“Mjög úrelt hótel með ónýta loftræstingu og mjög mikil reykingarlykt inná herberginu. Myglublettir í loftinu og illa þrifið herbergi. Þjónustulundin ekki sú besta, morgunmaturinn var ekkert spes. Miðað við verðið sem ég borgaði fyrir tvær nætur var þetta mjög lélegt. Eina sem var ágætt var heilsulindin, hún var snyrtilegt og mikið úrval af meðferðum og góð aðstaða. ”

“Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr auf vier Sternenniveau. Das Essen war solide, jedoch nicht kreativ und abwechslungsreich. Des Personal ist sehr jung und zu 100 % unmotiviert. ”

The only disappointment was the 50 minute massage I booked, the room was very cold, the masseuse left after about 40 and invited me to lay there for another 5 to 10 minutes.. then left without saying goodbye.. I saved my tip lol ! But everything else was very good and we would happily stay there again!”

“We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....
