She was running herself ragged tending to everyone’s needs and did it all with a smile on her face and nothing but kind words and thoughtfulness. Great customer service! The person working the morning of April 12th was very friendly and helpful. There was police activity at the McDonald’s across the parking lot and people sleeping on the grass around the hotel property.
