“We only stayed for 1 night but we were so impressed with how comfy, clean and spacious the lodge was and also the location of the hotel such a beautiful setting with the castle very close by really picturesque.
Hotel staff were brilliant very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.
The breakfast which was included in the price was delicious and the eggs Benedict were perfect with a nice runny yolk.
We’ll definitely stay again as Orford is such a beautiful quaint place to visit.”

“On the plus side the housekeeper was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was beautifully tiled but the fittings were not working as they should. We did mention that the sink plug stuck but it was still the same when we left. Breakfast was also excellent and could not fault the full English for quality and cooking.
Only minuses are traffic noise - which is beyond the hotel’s control - but they are single glazed sash windows which we had opened because of the hot...

“The property was clean.
George and Jordan were very welcoming. There was a choice of continental breakfast or cooked breakfast.
Parking is free.
We were really happy with our king room, there is a shower, toilet, sink and bath in our room.
The bedroom is very big, wardrobes.
Two very Happy customers and will definitely be back there again.”
