“El hotel en si para dormir está bien pero la limpieza brilla por su ausencia, en 4 días no nos cambiaron sábanas y eso que las teníamos manchadas ya de inicio, el bar y la comida muy bien y el personal también ”

“Pretty run down. We spent a few hours there. Got at 1:30 at night. Got room with only 1 bed (4 people). They were nice and fixed the problem in 10 min. EV charger obsolete, could not plug my Tesla. Very old Tesla charger. Other charger required some network membership. Not great. Good I had enough charge to make it to the channel tunnel. But this increased our trip next day in 45'”

Cuando hice la reserva, me confirmaron por correo electrónico que esto quedaba anotado y que las habitaciones serían así. Yo me quedé tan tranquilo pero, cuando llegamos al hotel, las dos habitaciones eran de dos camas. Lo dije en la recepción pero no lo solucionaron. Por lo demás, hotel muy agradable. “Very nice hotel to stay in Tunbridge Wells. Close enough to the centre so that you don't need your car. The hotel and our room were very clean. There is a public car park very close to the hotel so it's easy to park even though you can't really do do at the hotel. ”
