Room was spotless!! Always love getting away for a weekend and getting a great nights sleep in such a comfy bed and clean shower!! Loved the bright mirror in the bathroom. Nice hot breakfast, open bar and indoor pool. There was even a firepit outside. Friendly staff.

We only stayed one night but loved our brief stay. The check-in process was smooth, parking was easy to find, the hotel smelt new, everything was clean, and the best part of it all: the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again if we return to Bowling Green.

The staff was lovely and polite. The location was perfect for our small family as we wanted a quiet and safe area. We were disappointed the pool was out of commission during our stay but that was out of the staff's control so I can't complain.

This is a newer hotel, which means it’s all of the amenities are clean and new. Checking in was easy, and the young lady was super friendly. The room is well appointed, and someone FINALLY FIGURED OUT how to make the curtains big enough so that yiundont get that ANNOYING outdoor light around the edges of the blinds. Breakfast featured really pork sausage, a waffle maker (if you want to make one) and the eggs..I’m not sure. My only comment would be: if you're on the front part of this hotel, the windows aren't all that great. There was music playing loudly, and there isn't any escaping it at 10:00 at night.

While the room was fine and clean. We had to end our trip early due to a child falling ill. We were there 3 hrs and will not even attempt at trying to do even a partial refund. Bit of a let down. Will not stay at any Spring Hill Suites going forward.

Overall great.

Great stay, friendly staff, comfortable. Really busy, breakfast was great, but packed with lots of guest. The bathroom was great except for poor water pressure and difficulty to keep the water temperature at a comfortable temperature.

New Hotel

Hotel is new. Staff very nice. Unfortunately we were in midst of secere weather and trash got blown all over the place. Poor front desk staff got ripped by "male karens" but honestly they could have went out and made an effort but its just not in this generations DNA to take any initiative. Besides the screaming yelling kids from non disciplined parents the hotel itself was great. Breakfast was good coffee was hot bed was comfy and room was new.
