The hotel was in a convenient location. I expected the room to be cleaner and more well maintained. The floors were definitely not super clean and the shower also wasn’t great. However, the beds seemed clean and there was a sound machine in the room that was appreciated.

Room was clean, appears to be undergoing some renovations. Our room would benefit from new carpeting or vinyl plank flooring and a new window shade. Shower was clean. Indoor pool was very relaxing with its warmer temperature. Our room was near the ramp for the semis, and it included a white noise machine for light sleepers. That is a very considerate feature from the hotel. Room did not have smart t.v. so unable to stream video services. We were able to find other things to watch though. Only stayed one night, but would stay again.

This is a hotel in a tourist town near mammoth cave national park. It would have been nice to check in and swim in the pool after hiking in the caves and the woods in the 100 degree heat. The front desk clerk informed us we only had 20 minutes before the pool closed ! Wanting to make the most of it, we rushed to the room, changed into our suits and made it to the pool by 745 only to find they closed early !!! Do better!!! This is a tourist destination with room and families and kids !!! Get back to the room and decide a cool shower will have to do, only to discover the bath towels have holes in them !!

Property is on a convenient exit off Interstate 65 and away from most of the tourist activities, yet within one exit off the access road to Mammoth Cave National Park. Hotel staff were responsive, cordial and kept a very clean property.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway (I-65) for visits to the Mammoth Cave National Park. The staff is very friendly. We had a small issue with out TV, which was immediately attended to. The breakfast was good. I would certainly stay here in the future and also tell my friends about this hotel. An electric super-charging facility is opening adjacent to the hotel; this will be a bonus.

The staff was nice. Hotel is very dated and not well maintained. Entrance smells like cigarettes. Our first room the bed had lots of hair in it. Requested new room and front desk apologized and gave us another room. Still not as clean as it should have been. Still hair in bed and lots on bathroom floor. Will no longer be staying at Holiday Inns. You pay too much to stay in a dirty room! Would not recommend this to anyone!
