I think the fact this is located in Franklin made this hotel much nicer than bigger city locations. The staff was very nice, the area itself at this location was clean. And the hotel was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a good spot to stay on vacation. Nice pool, laundry on site, refrigerator and microwave in room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just OK. Not much on offer. No eggs or sausage. But there is a Waffle House, a Cracker Barrel and a McDonalds across the street. Parking was great.

The staff at the Baymont was very friendly. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed was on the firmer side which my husband enjoyed. The bath products were excellent. The breakfast area was very clean and the breakfast options were good. My only suggestion is to include instructions for the treadmill, it was not easy to use, and the gym equipment needed cleaning.

Service and cleanliness - great. Upkeep and amenities less than stellar. Biggest issues: WiFi did not work and the number provided was no help. On top of that cell service blocked by location - so it’s a double whammy. Also had to kill bugs on ceiling. Couldn’t call to report issues because phone in room didn’t work. But for $70, can’t complain too much.
