Had a lovely two night stay here whilst exploring Bournemouth. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. Good breakfast, spacious rooms; and a bath! A very convenient location to the beach and the town. It is right in the middle of a very steep hill though, not at fault of anyone, but it was a pain for myself to walk up; says more about me than the hotel lol! But an excellent value hotel and id stay again!

My wife and I found this hotel excellent for our needs,the staff were friendly and welcoming also had a added benefit of a swimming pool,Jaccusi , sauna, and most of all the price did not brake the bank we will definitely stay there again

Nice reception and very welcoming, but when we got to our room the carpet was covered with dog hair. I asked for the room to be recleaned but was moved to a different room which was nice. But unfortunately was woken by a couple( not sure if staff or guests)having a very loud argument for several hours. New room was comfortable, clean and breakfast was lovely.

Location was good, very convenient for beach etc. Beds were very comfortable Bathroom clean and shower good if small Room was cramped, window very dirty on outside and noisy. Could hear conversationa and footsteps next door and above. Hotel was too hot Pool room was hot and steamy so didn't swim Intercom was unreliable.. Got breakfast was good but not a good selection of cereals Most staff were pleasant but one or two a little lacking in interpersonal skills Car park overbooked so parking for tradesman offered

The hotel is pretty shabby. The room was functional, but a bit grubby. The toilet seat was broken. The wall paper was coming off the wall and the shower was an angry teacher with a lisp. Breakfast was chaos as they constantly ran out of food. Not enough staff to maintain the demand at breakfast. Tables were left uncleared.

Property was fine. Room was lovely though I did hear the room next door arrive back at 4am. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had underfloor heating. Have stayed before and for location and budget would happily stay again. Only negatives the view outside the bedroom window was of a tree that needs cutting back and a pipe… and the pool, Jacuzzi and Ssuna were too cold. Even after 25 minutes the Sauna still wasn’t hot enough… that being said, rest of the place was fine.
