Good room with AC, needs more ammenaties such as Shampoo/conditioner as it would be brilliant addition to the room. Breakfast was nice, staff were very helpful. Check in was easy. Slight Stains on the floor and walls, but it didn't affect the stay.

We stayed one night en route south It was quite acceptable and reasonable value for money. 👍 clean and quiet room, on-street parking payable between 9am and around 6pm but free overnight, good location in quiet road close to restaurants and shops if you need them, wonderful big bath towels, comfy bed, tea/coffee in room 👎 small room (wouldn’t want to stay more than a couple of nights tbh), £15 for hotel parking, cheap shower gel, restaurant closes at 20:15, lift wasn’t working

Hotel was okay for a 1-night stay. Room was okay although the wooden blinds let light around the edges, and with a security light blazing all-night directly at our room (303), it was difficult to sleep. Room was clean and tidy but no free bottled water, only limited tea & coffee. Full English breakfast, both vegan and meat, were very nice. Car parking a little pricey, on-road parking right outside the hotel is £10 (RingGo 59151) between 9am - 5pm and free outside these hours. No lift so need to be fairly fit to get luggage upstairs. 5-10 minute walk down (15 mins back up) to the beach and pier so hotel is well situated.

Great location, but unfortunately our stay wasn’t as comfortable as we’d hoped, especially as it was our anniversary. Room 306! The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which wasn’t cooling the room at all despite being switched on. We reported it several times but were told the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us. We were given small fans, but they weren’t sufficient, and we had to sleep in the heat throughout our stay. Our room telephone also wasn’t working. We reported this and were told it would be fixed, but nobody came and it remained broken until we checked out. The staff were generally friendly and the location is excellent, but these issues significantly affected our stay. We hope the hotel takes the feedback seriously and improves how maintenance problems are handled
