We stayed at Holiday Inn for the Bournemouth Weekender which was brilliant. The staff are super friendly, informative and gave us information on local places to visit or if dining out.So, definitely will stay here again.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, which always makes a pleasant stay. Breakfast items were good and selection was decent, but it gets crowded where the food is and there are a lot of queues. Also, if you need more cutlery you have to go to the front desk again to ask. Normally they are busy working to put the breakfast out so you end waiting for long periods. But the staff are great and keep up a cheerful attitude even under stressful periods.
