Very happy with our stay here, preferable to our previous night at a nearby very pretentious and overpriced previous Abbey! We’re heading home again now after a week in the languedoc and needed a rest stop on our return journey. Would happily stay again with this hotel.

responsable de salle matin mal aimable et négative

Petit déjeuner très médiocre. Café froid et machine en panne. Pas de serviettes et la responsable pas du tout aimable. Elle dénigre ses collègues et nous dis que c'est une journée pourrie pour elle. Elle fait son briefing dans la salle devant tout le monde et parle mal à son employée qui fait se qu'elle peut. Elle nous dis qu'elle à pas encore pris son café à 8h30 (on s'en fiche). Elle parle toute seule à voix haute dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Agressive au moment de déposer nos clés et pas souriante du tout. Personne pas du tout faite pour ce poste. Ne donne pas du tout envie de revenir dans cet établissement. Je change d'hôtel pour notre retour.

La chambre faisait l’affaire pour une nuit, mais l’insonorisation est inexistante : on entend tout ce qui se passe autour. De plus, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de trouver des cafards dans la chambre.

n' y ayant dormi qu'une seule nuit le lieu est plutôt correcte dans l'ensemble. seul bémol une attitude un peu désagréable et limite agressive de la personne qui gérait le lieu, certainement dû aux tâches multiples que le personnel doit faire face. Mais cela ne doit pas se répercuter sur la clientèle, il y'a des manières correctes de parler aux gens avec respect et pédagogue.

Une nuit avec deux enfants à Bourges

Nous avons passé une nuit agréable malgré la chaleur. L'hôtesse d'accueil nous ayant fourni un ventilateur. La chambre familiale est pratique avec ses deux salle de bains. L'ensemble aurait peut-être besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement mais pour une nuit, c'était très bien. Une mention particulière pour notre hôtesse d'accueil qui était très avenante et de bon conseil.
