I booked this resort expecting a five-star, all-inclusive experience, but unfortunately my stay was extremely disappointing. From the first day, our room had a strong sewage-like odor and was not properly clean. We reported the issue, and although someone came to clean, the smell remained. We also experienced issues with hot water and water service, and the problem was not resolved in a timely manner. We had to wait three days before the hotel finally moved us to another room. When hotel employees came to the room, they were able to smell the odor themselves, including in the hallway, and agreed that we needed to be moved. Even then, we waited approximately four and a half hours that day to be relocated, which caused us to miss plans and lose valuable vacation time. We were also not the only guests dealing with these types of issues. That same night, we met a mother with her two daughters who said they went through a similar experience, and we also met another couple who shared similar concerns. This made it feel like the problem was not isolated to just our room. The service was also very delayed, including long waits at the restaurant. On one occasion, we waited about 45 minutes just to receive an appetizer. This was especially difficult because I have Type 1 diabetes and need to eat on time. I want to be clear that some of the employees were kind and respectful, but the overall management, maintenance, and response to serious room issues were not acceptable for a resor
