Definitely wasn’t the best choice, the room was unkept and run down. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful but it was easy access to the sky train.

I really appreciate that. There was a lower price option for my stay in Vancouver. It was pleasant.

Housekeeping went above and beyond. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The Honey and Salt restaurant had delicious food. There were many options for restaurants within the hotel. The terrace garden on level 6 was beautiful along with the rooftop hot tub and aqua lounge. The location is fantastic especially if going to an event at BC place or Rogers arena. The aqua taxi is accessible within a couple minute walk. It was a 10 minute walk to the Yaletown-Roundhouse station to catch the train to and from the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

everything was just amazing. Clean rooms, very close to everything near by! Staff were very accommodating and very easy to communicate with.
Me and my friends will be staying here again.
