L'hôtel est très bien situé proche du port, Nausicaa, commerces et restaurants. Le personnel est agréable. Cependant la nuit nous avons été importunés par le bruit extérieur. Quand à la chambre une protection type rideaux de douche aurait été appréciée. Sinon la chambre reste correcte en matière de confort.

Hôtel très bien situé : on peut se déplacer à pied pour aller dans la vieille ville le centre Nausicaa ou la plage. Personnel accueillant et très bon petit déjeuner.

Nous avons été dans une 1ere chambre à éviter : odeur d’humidité, literie à changer, salle de bain à rénover totalement (prévoir vos produits de douche car quelque ce soit le nombre de nuit vous n’aurez qu’un échantillon par personne), manque de prise électrique et de climatisation : nous avons été obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouvert et même comme ça nous avons subit la chaleur et avons été terriblement déranger par les mouettes et l’environnement bruyant, partie commune vétuste, 2eme et 3eme nuit dans une autre chambre dont la salle de bain avait été rénové (douche froide le 3eme soir) mais les autres points négatifs étaient toujours présents. Il n’y a pas de vue sur le port et le petit déjeuner « continental » est à base de produits tout prêt en portion individuelle et dejà servit sur table. Petit désagrément, la chambre a été faite sans notre autorisation.

Nous avons réservé une chambre vue port pour une nuit. La chambre n’est absolument pas conforme aux photos. Pas de vue sur le port. Nous avons eu une chambre pas très propre, câblés électriques apparents et qui sentait très fort l’humidité et les égouts, la literie était inconfortable. Elle était remplie de mouche. Même si le prix était très compétitif nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet hôtel. Je tiens tout de même à signaler que le petit déjeuné (10€) était très copieux et que le personnel est très sympathique

Serviabilite et affabilite

Un hotel simple et propre, des chambres refaites, des lits confortables et une localisation tres pratique. Chambre sur rue un peu bruyante le soir la fenetre ouverte, peu de prises electriques, pas de lampe de chevet. Petit dejeuner copieux. Les proprietaires sont tres accueillants et serviables. Nous sommes contents de notre sejour au Faidherbe Hotel.

Remboursement

Suite a un malentendu sur la réservation de la chambre (non disponible), les gerants on repondu avec calme et honnêteté. Ils nous ont quand même proposé une autre chambre en adequation avec nos attentes, malheureusement ça nous convenais pas (pas de frigo) et nous avons du trouver ailleurs. Cependant, l'hôtel et nous meme n’etant pas responsable de ce désagrément, ils ont pris le temps de repondre a toutes nos questions et nous aiguiller sur le remboursement de la chambre.

Prima verblijf voor een stop-over. Het is wel een 2-sterren hotel en dat is te merken. Zo was de kamer netjes en schoon, bed prima, maar toilet heeft eigenaardige en luidruchtige gebruiksaanwijzing. Het hotel ligt dicht bij de haven, bij tijd en wijken maken de meeuwen er een feest van - je houdt ervan of doet oordoppen in. Vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie.
