Serviabilite et affabilite

Un hotel simple et propre, des chambres refaites, des lits confortables et une localisation tres pratique. Chambre sur rue un peu bruyante le soir la fenetre ouverte, peu de prises electriques, pas de lampe de chevet. Petit dejeuner copieux. Les proprietaires sont tres accueillants et serviables. Nous sommes contents de notre sejour au Faidherbe Hotel.

Remboursement

Suite a un malentendu sur la réservation de la chambre (non disponible), les gerants on repondu avec calme et honnêteté. Ils nous ont quand même proposé une autre chambre en adequation avec nos attentes, malheureusement ça nous convenais pas (pas de frigo) et nous avons du trouver ailleurs. Cependant, l'hôtel et nous meme n’etant pas responsable de ce désagrément, ils ont pris le temps de repondre a toutes nos questions et nous aiguiller sur le remboursement de la chambre.

Prima verblijf voor een stop-over. Het is wel een 2-sterren hotel en dat is te merken. Zo was de kamer netjes en schoon, bed prima, maar toilet heeft eigenaardige en luidruchtige gebruiksaanwijzing. Het hotel ligt dicht bij de haven, bij tijd en wijken maken de meeuwen er een feest van - je houdt ervan of doet oordoppen in. Vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie.
