Work out space had no towels and nothing to disinfect equipment. Water cooler was not working and there were no workout mats available.

The pool was out of commission and has been for quite some time. We were given no warning and it was disappointing. The front desk staff was less than helpful. They were constantly in their phones, and it was an inconvenience to help people. They were dressed in oversized hoodies and sweats and really unprofessional. The cleaning staff was super and really did a wonderful job. It’s too bad because the hotel was nice. Just a few minor changes and they’ll have the property up To par again.

I stay in La Quintas often. This property is run by a courteous & helpful couple. The coffee tea bar & breakfast were clean & always well stocked. the rooms were VERY CLEAN & well maintained. I would recommend anyone choose to stay here when in the Boulder area.
