Staffs were very nice. The hotel is at the edge of town which makes it easier for us to get to the park and towns north of Boulder or even go back to business district of Boulder is just straight down the road.

Employees were not helpful. I asked for coffee creamer 5 min later to bf time and they said its out of breakfast time, you need to buy it from outside. The housekeeping staff do not understand english and left our room for 2 straight days.
