Customer service was great, rooms are basic but clean and fine, older hotel that’s been remodeled, as it is in South Boulder it’s a bit out of the way to restaurants, etc. but easy access to CU. Fine for short visit.

The staff was as friendly as they needed to be, and there was always someone available at the front desk. Since it seems to be like a small outpost as part of the Marriott chain. There isn’t much to it other than a place to stay. The morning breakfast is not like your typical offerings when breakfast is included with a stay. that was a little bit disappointing. And housekeeping only comes to the rooms every other day. For what it is, it’s kept clean and it’s a place to stay if that’s all you really need.

Our room was beautiful and clean. Loved everything about it. We really appreciated that the shower was modern with glass doors and full-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The provided breakfast had a variety of good quality choices including hot options and lots of toppings for yogurt, granola, and oatmeal. It’s location just 6 minutes from CU can’t be beat. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we visit our daughter at CU Law.
