The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Honestly, they were some of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered, and I travel quite a bit. Everyone made me and my service dog feel genuinely welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel, staff, and breakfast were excellent. The only two disappointments were no freezer in the fridge and no lotion in the bathroom. We needed to freeze the ice blocks for our cooler and with the dry Colorado air, we needed lotion. Otherwise, a great stay!
